Meet our Camp Directors

Dr. Taylor is a board-certified pediatric dentist who has a passion for providing exceptional care to our community. Originally from York, NE, with deep connections to Omaha, Dr. Taylor attended Wayne State College and graduated in 2013 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree.

Originally from Papillion, Nebraska, Dr. Makenzi attended Iowa State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship. She then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery and continued her training by completing her pediatric dentistry residency. During this time, she found a passion for helping children feel at ease at the dentist and making visits a fun, positive experience.

After spending several years in Iowa for school and training, Dr. Makenzi is excited to begin her career in pediatric dentistry and feels grateful to be returning home to the Midwest and closer to family. She, her husband Aaron, and their Goldendoodle, Stanlee, are excited for this next chapter.

Outside of work, Dr. Makenzi enjoys walks with Stanlee, baking sourdough bread, trying new restaurants, traveling, attending concerts, and staying active through fitness. She and Aaron are also avid Nebraska football fans and look forward to spending fall weekends cheering on the Huskers together.
